Retreats should change Monday, not just Friday.

Too many retreats are expensive exercises in “Team Building” with little impact back at work. People leave excited, yet the day turns into a distant memory with no time for action. We design your retreats with a thorough needs assessment and a 90-day playbook.

Why it matters

Research shows that leadership team alignment is one of the top predictors of transformation success. Yet many teams operate with unspoken conflict or competing priorities. Your team retreat, when designed strategically, reset focus and restore alignment.

Reset and Refocus

When priorities multiply and the team loses sight of the strategy.

Rebuild Team Identity

When new leaders disrupt norms and the drive for change is non-negotiable.

Team alignment drives better results.

The CEO of United Way invited us to run a retreat to improve team collaboration. Our assessment uncovered a hidden conflict between the CEO and COO that had paralyzed decision making. We advised them to put the retreat on hold and mediated the issue. We coached both leaders to better work together, and planned the team retreat nine months later. Communication and alignment scores improved by 219% and 137% respectively, and three out of five key initiatives were met ahead of schedule. The conversations among the team became more intentional and brought into perspective accountability as both C-level executives shared their responsibility and commitment to the team.
